3. Installation and removal of attached lifting scaffolds
According to the plane shape of the building, the plan layout of the scaffolding is determined. When installing, the upper and lower fixing frames are first connected with four fasteners and two safety bolts to form one piece, and the upper wall is installed. Usually, each of the two pieces is a group. Each step uses four Φ48 × 3.5mm steel pipes as a large crossbar. The two lifting frames are connected into a span and assembled into an independent lifting unit that is not involved in the adjacent span. The wall bolts attached to the wall support are inserted from the outside of the wall, and after the frame is corrected, they are fastened in the wall. When the scaffolding is working, there are 8 Φ30 wall bolts and wall anchors in each unit. For the construction needs, after the scaffolding is assembled on the upper wall, the Φ48 × 3.5mm steel pipe and the butt fasteners are connected one step higher on the upper fixing frame, the railing handrail is placed on the outer side, and the lifting unit is connected by a temporary connecting rod. To make it integral, the inner pole is fastened with a steel pipe fastener and a formwork system to enhance the stability of the scaffold.
The climbing of the scaffolding can be carried out in sections, usually one unit is a section. The climb of one floor requires two climbs to be completed. Each climb is carried out in two steps. The first step is to climb the frame and the second step is to climb the lower frame. After the process is completed, the scaffold should be fixed in time. The upper part of the wall is set up. After the process is completed, the scaffolding is raised by 1.4m (that is, the height of one half of the floor). The descending of the scaffolding is opposite to the order of climbing operation, and the wall is reserved along the wall when climbing. The scaffolding can be lowered layer by layer, and the reserved holes on the wall are repaired, and finally the scaffold returns to the ground.
2. tear down
When dismantling, the garbage and debris on the scaffolding should be cleaned first, and then cleaned up from the top. Each component should be sorted and distributed to the ground under the cooperation of other lifting equipment. It is strictly forbidden to throw the components to the ground. After dismantling, it is necessary to clean up the repair and maintenance in time for reuse.
