a) A base or pad should be provided at the bottom of each pole.
b) Scaffolding must be provided with vertical and horizontal sweeping bars. Longitudinal sweeping rod
It is fixed on the pole which is not more than 200mm from the base of the base with right angle fasteners. The horizontal sweeping rod should also be fastened to the pole below the longitudinal sweeping bar with right angle fasteners. When the foundation of the pole is not at the same height, the longitudinal sweeping rod of the high position must be extended to the lower part to fix the two spans to the pole, and the height difference should not be greater than 1 m. The distance from the axis of the pole above the slope to the slope should not be less than 500mm
c) The understep of the scaffolding should not be greater than 2m.
d) The poles must be reliably connected to the building by means of wall-to-wall components. The spacing of the wall-to-wall components should be in two steps and three spans.
e) The length of the pole is the same as the top step. The other layers can be used.
The step connector must be connected by a butt fastener. Docking and lap joints shall meet the following requirements:
f) The butt fasteners on the poles shall be staggered: two adjacent poles
The joints shall not be set in the synchronization. The distance between the two spaced joints of one pole in the synchronous direction shall not be less than 500mm in the height direction; the distance from the center of each joint to the main node shall not be greater than 1/3 of the step;
g) The length of the lap should not be less than 1m, and should be no less than 2 rotations
The fasteners are fixed, and the distance from the edge of the end fastener cover to the rod end should not be less than 100mm.
h) The top of the pole should be 1m higher than the wall of the daughter, 1.5m above the mouth of the mouth.
i) The height of the secondary pole in the double pipe pole should not be less than 3 steps, and the length of the steel pipe should not be less than 6m.
The arrangement of the wall parts shall comply with the following provisions:
a) It should be close to the master node setting, and the distance from the master node should not be greater than 300mm:
b) The setting should be started from the first horizontal longitudinal pole of the bottom layer. When there is difficulty in setting this place, it should be fixed by other reliable measures;
c) It should be preferred to use a diamond arrangement, or a square or rectangular arrangement;
d) Both ends of the open-type scaffolding shall be provided with wall bars. The vertical spacing of the wall members shall not be greater than the height of the building and shall not be greater than 4 m (2 steps).
e) For single and double-row scaffolding with a height of 24m or less, it is advisable to use rigid wall joints to reliably connect with the building, or to use the reinforced ribbed support to connect the wall. It is strictly forbidden to use flexible wall joints with public lacing. For double-row scaffolding with a height of 24m or more, rigid connecting members must be used to reliably connect with the building.
The construction of the wall unit shall comply with the following provisions:
a) The wall-mounted lacing in the wall-mounted parts should be horizontally set. When it cannot be horizontally set, the end connected to the stand should be connected obliquely, and the upper slanting connection should not be used;
b) The wall unit must be constructed to withstand tension and pressure. The struts must be equipped with top struts, and the struts should be reliably placed on the structural parts such as the squat beam and the technique. The ribs should be twisted into two strands with two or more wires of 4 mm in diameter, and should not be used less than 2 strands; steel bars with a diameter of not less than 6 mm can also be used.
c) When the lower part of the scaffold can not be connected to the wall, it can be set up. The throwing support should be reliably connected with the scaffolding, and the inclination angle to the ground should be between 45° and 60°; the distance from the center of the connecting point to the main node should not exceed 300mm. The throwing support should be removed after the wall piece is erected.
d) When the height of the frame exceeds 40m and there is wind eddy, the wall-connecting measures against rising and tumbling shall be adopted.
