4, cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame beam, column scaffolding
The floor slab of cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure has two structural schemes of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab and prefabricated hollow slab. The method of compiling the cost of scaffolding is also different.
(1) Frame beam and column scaffolding when cast-in-place slab
The beams and slabs do not count scaffolding, and the column scaffolding is calculated only by the columns of the independent column scaffolding.
(2) Frame beam and column scaffolding when prefabricated hollow floor slabs
a. Four-beam girders and connecting beams. When the scaffolding cannot be built by the external wall, single-beam scaffolding is counted;
b. Internal girders and connecting beams are calculated according to the total length and beam length, and single beam scaffolding is calculated;
c. The scaffolding of the column is no longer calculated.
The amount of surrounding beam and connecting beam scaffolding is calculated by multiplying the peripheral length by the height of the beam bottom by "m2".
The amount of main beam and connecting beam scaffolding connected to the column is multiplied by the length of the beam (including the length of the column) multiplied by the height of the beam bottom in terms of "m2".
The amount of secondary beam scaffolding connected to the main beam and the connecting beam is calculated by multiplying the net length of the beam by the height of the beam bottom in "m2". The length of the beam is the length of the secondary beam between the sides of the main beam or the connecting beam.
5, reinforced concrete wall scaffolding
Reinforced concrete wall scaffolding, when the wall height is less than 3.6m, calculated according to the scaffolding; when the wall height is above 3.6m, it is calculated according to the single row of scaffolding. The height of the wall refers to the distance from the floor (ground) to the bottom of the floor.
The amount of reinforced concrete wall scaffolding is calculated by multiplying the net length of the inner wall by the wall height by "m2".
When the column and the wall are integrally cast, the pillars are not counted as scaffolding, and the exposed length of the wall outside the wall includes the exposed dimensions of the column.
6, reinforced concrete elevator shaft scaffolding
The amount of reinforced concrete elevator shaft scaffolding is calculated by multiplying the perimeter circumference by the net height by “m2” and executing the scaffolding enterprise quota. When the wall height is above 3.6m, a single row of scaffolding quotas is executed.
7. Other cast-in-place reinforced concrete scaffolding
(1) Balcony beam and side beam scaffolding
If the balcony is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure, the scaffolding is not calculated for the picking beam and the side beam; if the prefabricated panel is laid, the single beam scaffolding is calculated according to the single beam calculation rule.
(2) The following cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures do not calculate scaffolding:
a. Reinforced concrete chimney, water tower and silo for sliding formwork construction;
b. Cast-in-place reinforced concrete has beam plates, beamless plates and flat plates;
c. Cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation beam, ground ring beam, ring beam, lintel, and beam are pressed into the wall;
d, cast-in-place reinforced concrete structural column;
e. Cast-in-place reinforced concrete awnings, stairs, provocations, gutters, pressure tops, etc.
